Immunogen
A synthetic peptide from human ATG10 conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein has been used as the antigen.
Accession
Also known
APG10L, APG10-like, APG10
Target
Autophagocytosis is a starvation-induced process responsible for transport of cytoplasmic proteins to the vacuole. FUNCTION: Plays a role in autophagy. ATG12-conjugating enzyme (E2-like enzyme), likely serves as an ATG5-recognition molecule.
SUBUNIT: Interacts with MAP1LC3A. By interacting with MAP1LC3A, it plays a role in the conjugation of ATG12 to ATG5. Also able to directly interact either with ATG5 or ATG7.
SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm.
Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Expiry Date
12 months after reconstitution
Shipping
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
