Target

FUNCTION: Acts as a regulator of programmed cell death, mediating both autophagy and apoptosis.
SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Endoplasmic reticulum membrane; Single-pass membrane protein. Lysosome membrane; Single-pass membrane protein.
TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Expressed in lung, kidney, liver, pancreas, placenta, but not in heart and skeletal muscle.

Storage

Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
