Immunogen
A synthetic peptide from mouse ATG12 conjugated to blue carrier protein has been used as the antigen.
Accession
Also known
APG12-like, HAPG12, APG12, ATG12 autophagy related 12 homolog
Target
Autophagy is a process of bulk protein degradation in which cytoplasmic components, including organelles, are enclosed in double-membrane structures called autophagosomes and delivered to lysosomes or vacuoles for degradation. ATG12 is the human homolog of a yeast protein involved in autophagy. Following conjugation to ATG5, the conjugate participates in the formation of autophagosome.
Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Expiry Date
12 months after reconstitution
Shipping
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
