Immunogen
A synthetic peptide from aa region 2-50 of human Perilipin 3 conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen.
Accession
Also known
47 kDa mannose 6-phosphate receptor-binding protein, 47 kDa MPR-binding protein, Cargo selection protein TIP47, Mannose-6-phosphate receptor-binding protein 1, Placental protein 17, PP17
Target
Function: Required for the transport of mannose 6-phosphate receptors (MPR) from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network.
Subcellular location: Cytoplasm. Endosome membrane; Peripheral membrane protein; Cytoplasmic side Potential. Lipid droplet Potential. Note: Membrane associated on endosomes. Detected in the envelope and the core of lipid bodies and in lipid sails.
Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Expiry Date
12 months after reconstitution
Shipping
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
