FUNCTION: Necessary for signaling by class 3 semaphorins and subsequent remodeling of the cytoskeleton. Plays a role in axon guidance, invasive growth and cell migration.
SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. Cytoplasm âº cytoskeleton âº microtubule organizing center âº centrosome. Cytoplasm âº cytoskeleton âº spindle. Note: Associated with centrosomes and the mitotic spindle during metaphase.
TISSUE SPECIFICITY: Brain

Storage

Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
