Immunogen
A synthetic peptide from aa region 20-100 of rat TPC1 (Two pore calcium channel protein 1) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen.
Accession
Also known
Two pore calcium channel protein 1, Voltage-dependent calcium channel protein TPC1, TPCN1
Target
Function: Nicotinic acid adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NAADP) receptor that may function as one of the major voltage-gated Ca2+ channels (VDCC) across the lysosomal and endosomal membrane
Subcellular location: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.
Tissue specificity: Widely expressed. Expressed at relatively high level in kidney, liver and lung, and in the kidney it is expressed at inner medullary collecting ducts.
Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Expiry Date
12 months after reconstitution
Shipping
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
