Immunogen
A synthetic peptide from 3d extracellular domain of human NPY1R conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen.
Accession
Also known
Neuropeptide Y receptor type 1, NPY1-R, NPYR, NPYY1
Target
Function: Receptor for neuropeptide Y and peptide YY.
Subcellular location: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.
Tissue specificity: Expressed at high levels in the hypothalamus. Moderate levels found in the midbrain, thalamus, medulla oblongata, testis, eye, whole brain, cerebral cortex, striatum, hippocampus, cerebellum, optic nerve, placenta, spinal cord, pituitary gland and ovary.
Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Expiry Date
12 months after reconstitution
Shipping
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
