Immunogen
A synthetic peptide from n-terminal region of human ATP12A conjugated to blue carrier protein was used as the antigen.
Accession
Also known
Potassium-transporting ATPase alpha chain 2, Non-gastric H(+)/K(+) ATPase subunit alpha, Proton pump, ATP1AL1
Target
Function: Catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of H+ and K+ ions across the plasma membrane. Responsible for potassium absorption in various tissues.
Subcellular location: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.
Tissue specificity: Found in skin and kidney.
Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Expiry Date
12 months after reconstitution
Shipping
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
