Immunogen
A synthetic peptide from c-terminal region of human NMDAR3B conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen.
Accession
Also known
Glutamate [NMDA] receptor subunit 3B, N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor subtype 3B, NR3B
Target
FUNCTION: NMDA receptor subtype of glutamate-gated ion channels with reduced single-channel conductance, low calcium permeability and low voltage-dependent sensitivity to magnesium. Mediated by glycine.
Subcellular location: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein. Cell junction ⺠synapse ⺠postsynaptic cell membrane. Note: Requires the presence of GRIN1 to be targeted at the plasma membrane
Tissue specificity: Expressed in the hippocampus, the corpus callosum, in the facial and trigeminal nuclei of the brainstem and the ventral horn of the spinal cord
Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Expiry Date
12 months after reconstitution
Shipping
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
