Immunogen
A synthetic peptide from c-terminal region of mouse GIT2 (ARF GTPase-activating protein GIT2) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein was used as the antigen.
Accession
Also known
ARF GTPase-activating protein GIT2, ARF GAP GIT2, Cool-associated and tyrosine-phosphorylated protein 2, CAT-2, CAT2, G protein-coupled receptor kinase-interactor 2, GRK-interacting protein 2
Target
FUNCTION: GTPase-activating protein for the ADP ribosylation factor family. GIT proteins regulate cytoskeletal dynamics and participate in receptor internalization and membrane trafficking. GIT2 is implicated in the regulation of G protein coupled receptor sequestration, T cell activation, neuronal spine formation, and aggregate formation in Huntington's disease.
Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Expiry Date
12 months after reconstitution
Shipping
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
