Immunogen
A synthetic peptide from the internal region of mouse Bombesin Receptor 3 (BRS3) conjugated to blue carrier protein was used as the antigen. The peptide is homologous in human and rat.
Accession
Also known
BRS3, Bombesin receptor subtype-3, BRS-3
Target
FUNCTION: Role in sperm cell division, maturation, or function. This receptor mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
Subcellular location: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein
Tissue specificity: In germ cells in testis. Lung carcinoma cells.
Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Expiry Date
12 months after reconstitution
Shipping
This item will be shipped to you at ambient temperature in a lyophilised form.
