Immunogen
A synthetic peptide from the c-terminal region of human AMRA1 (AMBRA1) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein has been used as the antigen. The peptide is homologous in mouse and rat.
Accession
Also known
Activating molecule in BECN1-regulated autophagy protein 1, AMBRA1, AMRA1
Target
Function: Regulates autophagy and development of the nervous system. Involved in autophagy in controlling protein turnover during neuronal development, and in regulating normal cell survival and proliferation.
Subcellular location: Cytoplasmic vesicle ⺠autophagosome
Storage
Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
Expiry Date
12 months after reconstitution
