WB on rat brain and spinal cord lysate using Rabbit antibody to TPC1 (750-800) (OST00267W).
Dilution: 1: 500, incubated overnight at 4C in MPX from LiCore.
Blocking buffer: 0.2 µm filtered 0.5% LFDM in 1x PBS containing 0.01% Tween-20
Washing buffer: 1x PBS
Detection: ECL using C-Digit from LiCore |
IHC-P on paraffin sections of rat kidney using Rabbit antibody to TPC1 (750-800) (OST00267W). HIER: 1 mM EDTA, pH 8 for 20 min using Thermo PT Module. Blocking: 0.2% LFDM in TBST filtered thru 0.2 µm. Detection was done using Novolink HRP polymer from Leica following manufacturers instructions. Primary antibody: dilution 1: 1000, incubated 30 min at RT (using Autostainer). Sections were counterstained with Harris Hematoxylin. |
